Since mom had to go to school late today ( 1 pm), she opened the back door for us again!

Supposed to raim the next few days so we doubt we'll get outside.......sigh

Oh, now, see? Those are one bug my mom really doesn't like because they fling themselves every which way, and usually at her. Personally, I think they'd be very fun to play with!
Grasshoppers is fun...Zippy brawt one in and we all chased it and chased it until Sadie pinned it and den it stopped moving. It wasn't as much fun after dat.
Grasshoppers sound like a lot of fun!
They are fun ta pounce an play wif, but DONT eat them! They are yucky-tastin...
I still like to check on the kitties in our 'neighborhood' from time to time. We had a wild summer (both of our kids got married eight weeks apart!)--and we've had to get a new roof, and then the furnace died, and the a/c was 27 years old, so the heating guy talked us into a heat/air exchanger thingy-and I spend my mornings (since mid-august when he said he'd be installing it...) at my house waiting for the heating guys!!!
I love to chase grasshoppers!
