Mancat Monday

Here I am, being a big brave Mancat at the V E T last week. I came right out of the PTU and sat nicely until Dr. T came in.
This is my mom, or Ant Kat or whomever. It's confusing. She was giving me loves while I was being brave.
This is me telling my mom or ant that I was ready to go home.

In other news, the Mom that Lives Here starts another class today. It's anatomy/physiology. She has to diessect a................

where we been wednesday

we've been missing again.

Here's why:

Last MOnday, The Mom started a class called CNA. Something bout being a nursie some year. She's been gone every single day from the morning to the time the Monkey is sleeping in the after lunch time. We have a girl here to watch the Monkey. Then on the Saturday, she went to a bean bridal shower (the same day as Gree's). And was gone. All day. fpffff.
Monday, she had to go back to the CNA and yesterday and today and tomorrow and the next tomorrow. She said only 3 days after that next tomorrow. She's tired and cranky.

The MIG is somewhere in Eastern Iowa. Something about water, floods, levees and such. He left Monday. We're not sure when he'll be home.

Our Ant Kat was act-tee-vated last week. Same thing about floods, levess, water etc. She worked really hard with litter, we mean, sandbags. She gotted off duty yesterday but is on "standby" to maybe go to eastern Iowa.

So, we hope to be back next week.

winter on wednesday

*sigh* It is snowing and cold here today. It's just big white fluffy flakes right now but the weather beans say 3-5 INCHES! Our Ant Kat is going to spend the night tonight after she gets out of school (she has a lab until 9 pm). We're gonna have a slumber party, even though she doesn't know it yet! HHAHAHAHAHA....

BTW, we're very close to Ames on the map. We are about 15 miles east. West.

THANKS Derby! Our mom is kinda out of it lately (the little monkey is ill, she's getting sick and the Man in Green is sick).

Thursday Thirteen #14

We are going to use the next couple Thursday Thirteens to tell you about the special beans in our lives. This week, you are going to meet the Mom that Visits (MTV) or our Ant Kat (short for Kathryn).

1. She will turn 24 years old in September.



2. Our Ant Kat gotted married 3 September 2006.



3. Her husband is 'llergic to cats so Conner can't go lives with her.



4. She is in the Iowa Air National Guard. This means she's a "Weekend Warrior" (kinda like our Man in Green.) This is her at her "Basik Training" in Texas back in 2004.



5. Her favorite color is RED.



6. She is younger than our Mom that Lives Here by 4 years.



7. Some people think that Ant Kat and our Mom that Lives Here are twins. (they are not!)



8. Ant Kat taught Conner Cloud how to beg (and get!) the milk from the cereal bowl.



9. She likes penguins.



10. She wants a *gasp* woofie! (more specifically, a Beagle to name Huckleberry).



11. She haded a hamster once named Noah but he died. He was an escape artist so her and the granpa had to wire up his cage. We never met him.



12. Her teddy bear's name is Bartholomew Fluffy. He used to come to visit us when she sleeped on the couch but he's old now.



13. She is in college right now and will be for a while. We aren't sure for how long, but probably a squillion more years.

Spring Cleaning?!

Since it's now spring, our MTLH has been talkin' about spring cleaning. We just thought it meant her getting out the big sucky machine a lot. We didn't know she was talking about us!!

The MTV (our Ant Kat) comed over today to help torture us! Normally, we likes her a lot! But not today!!!

Can you guess what happened........................................... All 3 of us got it and got it BAD! No pictures of Dazey though. We are thinking about moving out and finding a place of our own! Or, can we come live with you?

We gots lots of TEMPTATIONS when we was all through. We not too sure if it's worth it though.

Conner or Elmo?

How stoopid do I look? The person I used to call "mom" dressed me up in this stoopid shirt that says "Elmo". What is Elmo? Now I will just refer to this person as my used-to-be mom (or my Ant Kat).
